I provide technical support for all types of computer issues: whether your machine needs serious help, or you just need help learning how to maintain it, I am available. I currently offer on-site support in the Asheville, NC area at a rate of $20/hour, plus a small charge for mileage. Phone support and internet support are also available.

I can perform maintenance and upgrades to get your computer feeling like new again. And when it is time to say good-bye, I buy old machines and can help you to find the perfect new one.

It might be an annoying window that pops up when you try to browse the Internet or a fatal crash that brings your whole system down. In any case, I can help your computer by finding the cause of its errors and fixing them for good.

Whether for home use or for business, it's become standard to have multiple computers under one roof. If you need to share files, printers, or Internet, I can set you up with a network. And if you already have a network in place, I can help to troubleshoot problems or add new computers to it.
